Advances in Nuclear Science and Applications is an open-access journal, meaning all content is freely accessible to readers without any subscription or access fees. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to freely share, adapt, and build upon the work, provided proper attribution is given to the original authors.

3. Peer Review Process
